Massoul started with a simple idea: make the spice blends we like to cook with, keep them fresh, and share them.

Abir Farms

Massoul is part of Abir Farms. The farm is where we are building the larger story around food, ingredients and making things ourselves.

Why these blends?

We started with four signature Konkani blends because that is where Massoul feels most personal. Alongside them are five core blends that belong in everyday Indian cooking.

How we are starting

For now, we are making small batches and keeping the packaging simple. We want to learn from the people who cook with our masalas before we grow the range.

What comes next

The Fresh Batch series is our beginning. A retail series will follow, with more products and wider availability over time.
