Shipping policy

At MASSOUL, we take care to pack every order securely and prepare it for dispatch.

Shipping Charges
A standard shipping charge of ₹85 is applicable to domestic orders within India, unless a different shipping offer is displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time
Our standard estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch after the order is received and payment or COD details have been confirmed. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive the available shipping and tracking information.

Delivery Address and Contact Number
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid phone number at checkout. The phone number may be used by the courier for delivery-related communication.

If incorrect or incomplete information results in a failed delivery, additional delivery attempts or return of the shipment, any applicable additional charges may be the customer's responsibility.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations. Customers must keep the exact order amount ready when the order is delivered.

Delivery Delays
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, MASSOUL cannot guarantee delivery dates where delays are caused by courier operations, weather, natural events, public holidays, transport disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or an item is missing, please contact us at massoul.spices@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product.
